Beat the winter blues with a day focused entirely on you. A selection of holistic, traditional and spiritual healing, exercise classes and skin appointments will be set up throughout the day in the Club alongside skin and beauty practitioners.
Kicking off the morning with a healthy continental breakfast, the day is for you to explore, learn and try out different therapies that are available in the local community. A selection of group mediations and talks will be available as well as personal appointments and sessions.
Our practitioners have put together a tailored lunch menu centred around the healing and beneficial powers of certain foods.

Cozmo Jenks - Natural Energy Healer - levelling your conscious and your subconscious using various forms of traditional Chinese energy heeling. Understanding and working on physical and spiritual levels for a more consistent sense of wellbeing.
Bria Redgrave Plum - Tarot Card Reading - Tarot card reading the practice of using tarot cards to gain insight into the past, present or future by formulating a question, then drawing and interpreting the cards, it is a type of cartomancy. Bria will guide you through your reading with empathy, encouragement and a huge amount of insight.

Becky Stimpson - Yoga - Having trained with the British Wheel of Yoga, Becky provides heartfelt Hatha yoga focusing on building a relationship between the body, mind and breath. Having experienced the benefits of healing through yoga, she creates inspiring and playful sequences to help students explore strength, flexibility and balance in the body, weaving elements of meditation and mindfulness throughout to encourage connection with the soul, bringing a greater sense of wellbeing. Passionately sharing her love of yoga with others, Becky invites you to feel supported and guided through your own yoga journey.

Sarah Monro - Mindful Life Dorset - will be providing an introduction to mindfulness. This will be an experiential opportunity to discover more about mindfulness and how this can enhance well-being, help cope with stress and improve mood. Cultivating mindfulness enables us to be more present in each moment of our lives by becoming more able to disengage from the chatter of the mind. Through this process we increase appreciation of enjoyable experiences and our ability to cope with challenges and difficulties when these arise. Sarah will also be guiding a Loving Kindness meditation session to support the development of mindfulness and compassion.
