Every month Charlie will present the dishes of a 3-course menu and explain where his inspiration for the dish has come from. All of the show stopping dishes will make it on to our All-Day Menu, so you’ll have a direct impact on the food direction of the Club acting as our “Tasting Board” for the evening.
